Instructions for creating a birth number for foreigners:
The birth number instended for registration in the Czech Golf Federation is created from date of birth.
The last two digits of the year of birth, then the month and day of birth.
1. for women, the month is entered - Janurary 51, February 52.....,Semptember 59, October 60
2. for men, the mont is entered - 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12
Next you always enter 4 zeros for the year of birth 1954 and youngest, the year of birth 1953 and older you enter only three zeros.
